While waiting on the arrival of my 288?s, it occurred to me that 1.4 squared is equal to 2, which is also the same as 2 times one. I then dug out my spare pair of 802/511?s and started to run them in parallel with my other pair. World of difference. Bolted the front flanges together and put a brace across the back bosses to bring the 802?s in close proximity. It is a true multicellular horn. Not having done the flow equations of the single driver, multi?s , I have never been intuitively convinced that they do what they claim. Transient gas dynamics at low pressures is very complicated field.

If anyone has them, I would be interested in having the relevant specs for the 802 and the 288?s. Things like BL, diaphragm mass, etc.
